Sold to a customer from Richmond, VA. 1999 International 4700 Century dual line medium duty Tow truck / wrecker. 7.3 power stroke turbo diesel with Spicer manual transmission. This truck runs out well and would be a perfect back up truck or a truck to have in your fleet so you can stay on a police list or rotation. We did check this truck over rather closely, fully serviced it and greased it. For a proper Virginia inspection it could use a few front end replacement wear items, brake repair, and a few tires. Operates perfectly fine the way it is, but just being as descriptive as possible. Clutch is not slipping, but does release very high show signs of wear, but it’s fully operational and shifts great. No synchro scrapes or grinds. Pioneer cd player, strobe lights, work lights, lots of diamond plated trim, stainless wheel simulators, and much more.
