Yes this Jerr-Dan equipped international has the indisputed DT 466 turbo diesel engine that is pre-emissions no DEF or DPF required, freshly serviced and inspected. This unit was a trade-in on a brand new unit, riding on practically brand new tires, front and rear all Bridgestone quality tires, full rock guard protectors, steel 21 x 102 wide flatbed with stake pocket holes, beacon light bar, rear air ride suspension, two car carrier with rear wheel lift and towing ball mount, double right side toolboxes, left side toolbox with storage, fuel tank and trash container, Ramsey winch, tinted windows, air ride seat, cruise control, power windows, power door locks, power adjustable mirrors, alloy wheelsl and chrome appearance package. This is one good looking truck. For this price point runs out well and was driven quite a distance to be traded in. This unit does have a check engine light on the dash as well as an ABS light, but does not affect the operation as we have driven this truck several hundred miles ourself. This is a good operational preemmisions truck.
